Introduction: I’m Armeen Mann, the founder of the Credence Medicure Corporation’s Wellness coalition. My passion for health and wellness stemmed from my own experiences with Anorexia Nervosa. Anorexia is an eating disorder that is characterized by a low body weight, fear of weight gain, and a distorted body image. In 2022, I was hospitalized with a BMI of 13 and it was the lowest point in my life. I am grateful for my recovery journey and how the healing process has shaped my life today. Through this wellness coalition, I hope to share my knowledge while advocating for a holistic lifestyle and mental well-being.
My goal with Credence Medicure Corporation’s Wellness Coalition is to help others navigate their own wellness journeys. By channeling my experience with Anorexia into this coalition, I hope to make a positive impact on the broader subject of health and wellness.
