Chief Operations Officer (North America)

Responsibilities

• Provide Inspired leadership for the organization
• Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Develop HR policy and oversee recruiting and performance of the employees
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
• Work with the Board of Directors to determine values and mission
• Plan for short and long term goals
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and hospitals

Minimum Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a Medical or a Dental School
• Graduate degree in Business Administration or Hospital Management
• 10 years working experience in Hospital Administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Tourism Industry or alternatively a Certificate or a diploma in Medical Tourism
• Participation, Presentation and Publications in International Conferences of Healthcare sector

Preferred Skills

• Post graduate fellowship or Doctorate Degree in Hospital Administration
• Experience as a faculty in a School offering graduate degree program in Hospital Administration
