Responsibilities
- Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the Hospital Affiliated Physicians/ Doctors sales team.
- Prospect potential clients to determine which organizations would be a great fit for our solutions.
- Research and nurture accounts, identify influencers and key decision makers and generate interest for Change Healthcare service offerings.
- Engage and qualify prospects daily via telephone and email outreach efforts.
- Detail prospect interactions to ensure effective lead management
- Achieve benchmarks and quota consistently to ensure company objectives are met.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 years inside sales/outbound calling experience required
- Freshers can also apply.
Critical Skills:
- Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in a fast paced and evolving sales environment
- Experience using MS Office and Excel
- Experience with opportunity qualification and objection handling
- Experience clearly and persuasively articulating a company’s value proposition and business opportunity
- Pre-call planning experience including structure, dynamics
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Highly competitive, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
